The National Citizens Party (NCP) has strongly condemned Israel’s renewed airstrikes on Gaza, which continued despite a ceasefire agreement, violating international laws and causing the deaths of over 400 people.
In a statement issued on Thursday night, NCP described the attacks during the holy month of Ramadan as a blatant breach of ceasefire agreements and a continuation of Israeli crimes against humanity.

The statement, signed by the party’s Joint Member Secretary (Office) Saleh Uddin Sifat, criticized the Israeli occupying forces for deliberately targeting civilians, destroying infrastructure, and blocking essential aid. It further noted that such actions aim to make Gaza uninhabitable, echoing previous concerns raised by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
NCP emphasized that the people and youth of Bangladesh have always stood in solidarity with Palestine, drawing inspiration from their resistance against oppression.

As a political party committed to justice and human dignity, NCP reiterated its strongest condemnation of Israel’s war crimes and called for urgent international intervention.
“We urge all peace-loving nations, the United Nations, and international organizations to take immediate action against Israeli aggression,” the statement read. “The world must hold Israel accountable for its crimes by ensuring proper investigations and prosecutions in the International Criminal Court (ICC).

It is time to end the illegal occupation, Israeli apartheid, and the war crimes that have plagued the region for too long.”The party urged global powers to stand in solidarity with Palestine and take decisive measures to stop further violence and ensure justice for the Palestinian people.
